Shipping policy

This store is run by Genki Vitality Limited, a New Zealand company (company number 9251950, NZBN 9429052145490), of Level 2, 58 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021.

Where we ship

We ship within New Zealand only. We do not ship to Australia or to any other country at this time.

All prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars.

What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $8.00 per order, to any address in New Zealand.

There is no free shipping threshold. The $8.00 is charged once per order, no matter how many items you order.

When we send your order

We pack and send orders within 1 to 2 business days of your payment going through. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are sent on the next business day.

If something you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you before we send anything, and you can choose to wait or get a refund for that item.

How long delivery takes

Once your order leaves us, delivery usually takes around 1 to 3 business days to North Island addresses and around 2 to 5 business days to South Island and rural addresses.

These times are NZ Post's estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer over public holidays, in busy periods, or in bad weather.

Please check your address

Check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will get in touch, and a further $8.00 shipping charge applies to send it out again.

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If your parcel does not turn up, or it arrives damaged or with something missing, contact us and we will put it right.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Local pickup

Pickup is free from Genki Studio, Level 2, 58 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

Choose pickup instead of delivery at checkout and no shipping charge applies. We will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email, then collect your order by arrangement with us. Please bring your order confirmation.
